Participate Professionally

Maintain respectful communication with instructors, mentors, employers, and fellow students.

Follow Career Guidance

Complete all resume revisions, LinkedIn improvements, portfolio projects, and interview preparation assigned by our career team.

Apply Consistently

Actively apply for cybersecurity roles recommended by our career advisors and document your job search efforts.

Stay Engaged

Respond promptly to mentor communications and attend scheduled coaching sessions whenever reasonably possible.

WHAT THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER

While we're committed to your success, no education provider can ethically or legally guarantee employment.

Employment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including:

  • Local job market conditions

  • Employer hiring decisions

  • Prior work experience

  • Communication skills

  • Interview performance

  • Geographic restrictions

  • Visa or work authorization status

  • Individual effort

For this reason, Cyber Minds Academy does not guarantee a specific salary, job title, employer, interview count, or employment within a fixed timeframe unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

REFUND POLICY

Because Cyber Minds Academy provides immediate access to digital educational materials, refunds are limited.

Before Course Access

Students who request cancellation before receiving access to course materials may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative review.

After Access Has Been Granted

Once access has been provided to any of the following:

  • Student Portal

  • Video Lessons

  • Live Sessions

  • Labs

  • Downloadable Resources

  • Internship Materials

all payments become non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Payment Plans

Students who enroll using installment plans remain responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, we will promptly refund the duplicate payment after verification.
